OUR STORY
My name is Quincy and the picture to the left is my grandfather Edgar Watson and uncle Jasper Watson who both lost their battle to cancer. I'm keeping their memory alive by creating EJ Watson's Sweet Treats a small batch bakery located in Chicago. Baking became my passion, but only a hobby I indulged in on the weekends. A friend suggested I start offering pies and cakes to friends and local businesses, and thus EJ Watson's Sweet Treats was born.
Home of the Banana Cream Vanilla Pie considered the Vanilla Wafer Pie crust that "changed the game" and adding Banana Cream pudding stuffed with Mini Wafers has this combination tasting just like a slice of banana pudding on a plate. I bake all cakes & breads from scratch and pride myself on high quality ingredients, made with a personal touch. From one satisfied customer to the next, EJ Watson's Sweet Treats is more than just a small batch bakery, it's a SWEET MEMORY THAT WILL LAST FOREVER.
